The composition of the wine - 100% Chardonnay
The wine exhibits rich aromas of cashew nuts, butter and baked bread alongside overwhelming fruitiness.
Has a round and multi-layered structure, medium body.
The minerality and refreshing acidity are supported by aromas of white fruit, green apple and grapefruit. The combination between the barrel and the container allows for a wine that is complex and rich on the one hand, but maintains freshness and fruitiness on the other hand.
The wine was aged for 6 months, some in oak barrels and some in stainless steel tanks
